Department of War vendors use the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) to create, submit, and track their invoices. They also use PIEE to view and respond to DOW solicitations. We show you how to set up a PIEE account and use the Wide-Area Workflow (WAWF) module for invoicing. We also show you how to use the Solicitation module to retrieve solicitation documents and submit a proposal.
